Field to Freezer Expedition

Learn to take a game animal from the field to freezer, with each step taught by an expert guide. This intensive 4-day course from Thursday to Sunday takes you from beginner to teach every piece of the process. At the end of the course, you'll have new skills on hand to fill your own freezer with local, regional, and national game. Typically we'll send you home with 100 lbs of your own animal meat harvested from the field. The course is limited to 8 participants and 2 guides.
